Susan is an award-winning creative/art director with 35+ years of broad and deep experience building numerous hospitality, B2C, B2B, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, luxury auto, entertainment, healthcare and non-profit brands. She has fostered innovation in her creation of pre-launch and launch of hundreds of products including several new auto launches for Fortune 500 luxury brands. PJ Palmer
